Payment, Postage & Delivery
Note: these Terms & Conditions apply to individual orders via our website.
Payment
When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Australian GST.
Payment can be made via paypal, your own credit card, or by direct deposit. Once you select your item for purchase and proceed to check out you can select your method of payment there.
Postage
Postage costs are $7.00 Australian Wide. Up to 1kg.
For purchases of 1kg and over, Postage is calculated per the weight.
All purchases over $35 can be gift wrapped with the price excluded, free of charge. Should you like your purchase gift wrapped under this amount a charge of $5.00 will apply.
Delivery
Delivery is via registered Australia post, and delivery times vary between 3-7 business days upon receipt of order. Special orders, express orders, and gift cards can be arranged, so please note your preferences when you get to the cart page.
Returns
You may return a product if the product is faulty. Intention to return must be made within 4 days of receipt of delivery, and description of fault is required. Where the goods are faulty, Designs by Natalia will reimburse standard Australia post costs for you to return the item to us. You may then choose either a refund or exchange to equal value of the original value purchased.
Exchanges
Although, refunds cannot be given for change of mind, we are happy to exchange an item if it is the wrong size, or not what you wanted. Exchange items should be returned within 7 days with buyer paying return postage. Repostage costs of $3.50 will also be charged in the event of an exchange.
